Purging Systems, Purge Bladders and Purge Dams, using real scientific purge bladder breakthrough technology, Argweld® PurgElite® Inflatable Tube and Pipe Weld Purging Systems introduces to the market place for the first time a 'New' 1 inch (25 mm) System for small diameter tubes and pipes. Another great innovation to help tube and pipe welders save time, money, gas and achieve better welds. The volume to purge is kept small, resulting in savings in both time and cost of inert gas used. Purge bladders and dams suitable for high quality pristine tube and pipe weld purging, 1 to 24" (25 to 600 mm) diameters.

Argweld® PurgExtra® Pipe Weld Purging Systems have the advantage of additional gas inlets and exhausts to accommodate high flow rates of purging and exhaust gases. An equal number of outlets are provided. Unwanted connections are left closed with the blanking plugs provided. The Argweld® PurgExtra® Inflatable Pipe Weld Purging System has additional purge hose inlets to allow extra purge gas to be used for welding titanium and other reactive or high specification metal joints.

QuickPurge Pipe Weld Purge System 6 to 96" (150 to 2440 mm)

The Argweld® QuickPurge® range of high speed inflatable Weld Purging Systems for pipework and pipelines. Part of the scientific breakthrough has been the addition of a simple but very effective weld purge gas release system called IntaCal®. No more complicated valves to set up with trial and error tests as this purge gas release system is using state of art technology. IntaCal® is a very clever device that allows inflation of the dams and purging of the system at the optimum flow rate to ensure minimum usage of expensive inert gas. This is truly a magnificent state of the art 21st century 'plug and play' pipe weld purging system that is a must for all industries welding stainless steel, titanium or alloy piping from 6 to 96" (150 to 2440 mm) diameter.

Inflatable Weld Purge Dams 1 to 24" (25 to 600 mm) with innovative 1" (25 mm)

Argweld® Inflatable Weld Pipe Purging Dams are a low-cost alternative to plastic foam or cardboard dams that are still very frequently hand made at great expense by welders on site.
Inflatable Dams are manufactured from advanced low outgassing rate materials and are ideal for applications where Argweld® Tandem Pipe Purging Systems or the older style Purge Bladder Systems are less suitable. These simple to use, easy to insert Argweld® Inflatable Weld Purge Dams can be purchased for any diameter within their manufacturing range and can be used in connection with other styles or sizes of dams elsewhere within the piping system.

PurgeGate® 'One Way' Valves

08W PurgeGate Valves Weld Purge Control PurgeGate, a unique one way valve with an easy push fit connection are suitable for all types of Inflatable Pipe Weld Purging Systems. These simple to use valves can be swopped from system to system making them highly affordable. Inflatable Tube, Pipe and Pipeline Weld Purging Systems are at risk of overinflating during the weld purging process due to unwanted manipulation of gas pressure and flow settings. PurgeGate® Valves will prevent unwanted and undesirable changes from causing weld failure due to lost purge as a result of dam burst. These fit all system sizes and can be moved from system to system as the weld size is changed. The PurgeGate® is fitted as standard onto the range of QuickPurge® and HotPurge™ Pipe Purging Systems and can be purchased as an accessory for PurgElite® and PurgExtra™ Tube and Pipe Weld Purging Systems.

Argweld® Argon Gas Feed Hose Assemblies with Optional Fittings

Argweld Argon Gas Feed Hose Argon Feed Hose is available off the shelf complete with end fittings in a standard range of lengths, 30m, 25m, 20m, 15m, 10m and 5m. Each assembly is of a high standard and comes complete with an argon regulator fitting one end and a 12mm to 12mm quick connect fitting at the other end. There are alternative fittings available in the range including hose tails, tailpieces and a variety of quick disconnect options.
