HFT Pipestoppers® Automotive Radiator Leak Testing Kit
The Pipestoppers® division of Huntingdon Fusion Techniques HFT® manufactures plugs and kits of plugs for leak testing a variety of heat exchangers, particularly designed for radiators and inter-coolers for cars and trucks as well as automotive applications for the leak testing of car radiators.
For leak testing automotive car radiators, ready made kits of plugs to make the sealing of all holes easy and fast for reliable leak testing.
No longer necessary to use expensive brass or metal plugs that corrode and seize up because of the acidic nature of the water test bath.
HFT Pipestoppers® Nylon Plugs do not corrode, are easy to clean and low cost to replenish.
The plugs are made from nylon and natural rubber, so there is no corrison causing the plugs to jam up.
They can also be totally dismantled for cleaning and part replacement.
The Automotive Test Plug Kit contains:

HFT Pipestoppers® Kits are available from stock for immediate delivery.
Should you wish to have additional quantities of plugs, separate to the carrying case sets, these are available for order to suit your requirements.
