Kostengünstig auch wenn der Einsatzort schwer zugänglich ist
Für übliche Anwendungen, bei denen die Länge der Rohrleitung für zylindrische und kugelförmige Stopfen unzureichend ist, steht zur Verfügung dieser neu entwickelte HFT Pipestoppers® Low-Profile-Stopfen. Aufgrund seines niedrigen Profils können sie an einem Rohrende entweder direkt auf einem Bogen oder eventuell nur im Inneren eines Flanschhalses an einem Gussteil oder einer anderen Fertigungsart angepasst werden.
Dieser Stopfen ist eine sichere Methode zum Absperren von Rohrenden, um Gase im Inneren zu halten bzw. Abfallstoffe und Ungeziefer abzuhalten.
Wenn sie im vertikalen Modus eingesetzt werden, sind sie geeignet, um zu verhindern, dass die durch die Werkzeugmaschinen erzeugten Bearbeitungsspäne in die Rohren oder Öffnungen in unabänderlichen Situationen fallen.
Diese Stopfen sind in Größen von 6 bis 88" (152 - 2235 mm) erhältlich.

Jeder Low-Profile-Stopfen ist serienmäßig mit einem Schrader-Ventil ausgestattet, das mit einem 1.2 m langen Schlauch angeschlossen ist, und lässt sich durch einfaches Anschließen an eine Hand- oder Fußpumpe oder einen Kompressor leicht aufblasen. Das Abblasen jedes Stopfens erfolgt durch einfaches Drücken des Stiftes im Inneren des Schraderventils.
Der Größenbereich dieser Stopfen beträgt zwischen 6 und 88" (152 - 2235 mm).
Die Low-Profile-Stopfen werden aus denselben hochwertigen Materialien hergestellt, die für unsere Argweld® QuickPurge® Aufblasbaren Rohr-Formiersysteme verwendet werden.
Beide sind bis zu 80°C hitzebeständig.

1.0 Woher weiß ich, wann ich einen mechanischen oder einen aufblasbaren Stopfen benutzen soll?
HFT Pipestoppers® Aufblasbare Stopfen können durch Öffnungen ein- und ausgeführt werden, die kleiner sind als der tatsächlich abzudichtende Durchmesser. Sie sind viel preiswerter als die mechanischen Stopfen, aber nicht so geeignet bei Anwendungen, bei denen die Robustheit und Stärke eines mechanischen Stopfens gefragt ist.
2.0 Wie kann ich verhindern, dass die Stopfen bei einer Druckprüfung aus dem Rohr geschleudert werden?
Üblicherweise werden die Rohrenden verstärkt, damit die Stopfen nicht herausrutschen können. Von der HFT® Abteilung Pipestoppers® von Huntingdon Fusion Techniques erhalten Sie weitere Informationen.
3.0 Welcher ist der maximale Temperaturbereich für die Low-Profile-Stopfen?
Die empfohlene Höchsttemperatur für dieses Standardsortiment beträgt 80°C (176°F).
